Chapter 1: [New Powers]

"Don't worry. I don't have contact with my spirit either, but right now we need to try anything, so focus and summon something. I believe you."

If intimidation was this girl's game, it wasn't working on him. Despite the gusts of wind, Allen stood on his spot unmoving not even to drop Bianca. The girl seemed confident with her strength and her weaponry. No wonder she can afford to laugh like a kid.

"Why doesn't he come after us himself," Allen said to. "Why do his work for him?"

"Just punch her, Allen!" Illus continued to bug him.

"I'm not holding her off to fight her. We just need her occupied enough for the others to find a way to get out of this time." Allen replied to Illus. "I won't fight her until necessary."

"You mean when she tries to stab you with those giant swords."

"Let's hope it doesn't have to come to that."

Solara touched down in the middle of a clearing and realized that no one was behind her. Shoot! The Knights must have caught up to them. She felt the urge to go back and help, but she didn't know who to save. She decided to go undercover and fly above the city to try and find them, which is what she did. She soon discovered that Dex and Rachel had been captured. She needed to find a way to neutralize lightning. Allen was under attack, trying to defend himself and a passed out Bianca, while Sunnivah was trying to get closer to her spirit. She had yet to find Yato or Nox.
"Let's see... What to do..." Solara thought.
It would not be much help to fight the Knights guarding Rachel and Dex, because even if she managed to defeat them, she still wouldn't know how to break their cages. Allen, on the other hand, seemed to be holding his own, but Solara could tell that he was only trying to buy her and the others time to escape, which was valiant, but nonetheless dangerous. Solara decided to go and find Yato and Nox.

Allen could see he was starting to get to Brinn's nerves. The way her armour and swords pulsed with energy only showed she was aching to fight. He was not going to give that. Not just yet.

"Sounds like he just wanted to keep you busy as he and the other knights handled the real business," Allen said back to her. "It's a harsh realisation but don't take it against him. Many leaders would do that too."

Sunnivah drives now on the road her spirit showed her.  I look behind me and see the pub far away and allen with some knight.  U dont pay much attention and focus myself to what happens infront of me.

My spirit who followed solara saw her suddenly flying away. My spirit teleports herself back to me. I put on my armor and look up to see solara in the sky I wave at her and feel releaved that she is allright

Solara waves back to Sunnivah, acknowledging her before taking off in Allens direction and watching from a distance. Nox and Yato seemed to be fine, it was Allen who was in trouble. Thankfully, the other knight didn't seem to notice her, but she could feel the power that the knight radiated.

Brinn wasn't having fun anymore, suddenly the color in her armor starts to fade, entering weapon it started to glow brighter as she slammed it onto the ground, causing a huge crack heading straight towards Allen.

While Yato was running two of the knights were on each side of him trying to look for the group. The one with black hair taking a lucky turn, bumped into him at the last second. https://i.imgur.com/82OY5VK.jpg?1

Sunnivah calmed down and decides she needed a place to think what to do. She drives further away from everyone and I drive into the direction of the city walls

Safe enough for now, Nox decided to sample some of the wine in the cellar. Some of this stuff looked really expensive. Carefully selecting a bottle Nox popped the cork, lowered her mask below her mouth and took a long swig from the bottle. Nox then sat down resting her back against the wall looking at the entrance to the cellar. She sighed as she took another drink, this stuff really was good.

Solara took this as her opportunity, she called a palm-sized meteor out of the sky to hit Brinn while she was facing downwards.

Right before Yato bumped into the man he lifted his legs up and used his momentum to do a back flip kick to the man's jaw.He landed on his hands and launched himself off them then landed back on his hands."Ready Sekki?"

"Ready.Call what emotion and I'll make you feel it."

"Here she comes!" Allen thought. Allen swiftly leaped upwards away from the crack and landed on the rooftop behind Brinn. He held himself stable keeping in mind that he can't afford to put himself close Brinn's range. If he were hit by Brinn's attack, he would risk Bianca's life too.

"If you're as good as you say," Allen yelled down to her. "You have to catch me!"

Faster than Brinn can blink, Allen jumped away from the edge of the roof, leaving only a wisp of dust.

Allen did not see Brinn close behind him, but a small shining meteor was headed to where Brinn was. He knew that wouldn't be enough to hold back Brinn. Nonetheless, it relieved him a little.

"We have to find somewhere to hide Bianca." Allen told Illus as he swiftly leaped from one rooftop to another.

"Then Crazy Grin Brinn will just come after her!"

"You're right and we can't drag Bianca into a fight either."

Sunnivah drove through the city gates.
She drove a little further and sat down on the ground. I lay down and look at the sky thinking about what to do. She knew the General was too strong for her and almost everyone else was fighting. I didnt want to interfear them.

I hide the horse and also hided on the ground between the
busches I close my eyes and take a nap

Solara quickly swooped over to Allen so that Brinn wouldn't notice her. She flew next to him at the same speed that he jumped rooftops.
"I hope my meteor will at least do some damage to her. Otherwise, it should buy us some time. We need to group everyone together and get them out of the city." She quickly described everyone's positions in the city, how Dex and Rachel were being held prisoner, Yato was being chased, Sunnivah was riding on a horse, and how she had been unable to find Nox. "I wouldn't be too concerned with Nox, she said that she didn't really want to be a part of the group anymore. But we need to figure out how to break Dex and Rachel free, and how to get Yato and Sunnivah near each other."

Oppstande followed the knight girl back to the pub, above which he observed the fights that were going on. No major fights had happened, and two of the Mythrilians had been trapped in crimson lightning. Oppstande considered saving them, but decided not to. He could likely use them as ransom to get the spirit users to bring him to the future, instead, he focused on two of the other spirit users, Yato and Yukine by the looks of it who were being chased by two of the knights. He watched as the knight wearing a blue cape bumped into Yato, knocking him down. As Yato stood up, he appeared to reach out his hand and say something, turning the one who appeared to be Yukine into a katana. Which was an unusual weapon to see in Rome. Oppstande casually swooped down onto a rooftop. To see if this Yato was in over his head or not.

Solara flew past Oppstande in a hurry, not noticing him.

Yato quickly assumed a position where the sword was midway between his front and back, and optimal position for both defense and offense. He stood on top of the roof top and scanned the area for any route of escape in case he needed to."Yukine, cut as best as you can. You know how it went down with Rabo."

"Right. I'll make sure you give you the right boosts."

Just as he jumped onto another roof, he turned to Solara.

"Dragon girl, catch," Allen shouted as he tossed Bianca in mid-air to be caught by their dragon-like ally. "Hide yourselves somewhere safe! I'll hold Brinn off!"

Allen halted on the next rooftop quickly turning and burying his heels to stop himself from sliding off. He looked back to Solara flying past him with Bianca in her hands. He smashed his fists together. He knew that, soon enough, the girl-knight will catch up to him. He hoped Solara could have flown far enough to be undetected by Brinn.

"She's closing in." Illus warned him.

"I'm ready."

Solara understood and took off with Bianca, flying straight. Still, she called another meteor barrage near their location, specifically to hit Brinn. At this point she could tell that Allen had some sort of spirit in his head, which is why he was so confident and determined. She hoped that he had enough sense to dodge them.

"She's fast."

"Yeah, but I'm faster!" Allen folded his legs and pushed himself off the rooftop headed straight towards Brinn through the storm of meteors.

Solara flew straight, trying to get to the other side of the city, when she saw one of the Knights moving slowly towards what looked like a large building. Solara assumed that there was a spirit user inside, most likely Nox, who she had not been able to find. She gently hid Bianca inside a small, abandoned building and remained in the air. She had to get him away from Nox, even she would be completely unprepared for an assault. Solara simply summoned 2 mini meteors into her palms and hurled them accurately at the knight, all while staying out if his range of sight.
